The homeowners had an odd-size 1.75 acre lot with interesting terrain and tremendous potential but also some challenges like a drainage ditch running through it.

This project included a deck on each side of the ditch behind the house, a bridge, a beautiful pergola, a great water feature, a fire pit and sitting area on a rise behind the water feature, landscaping for the ditch itself, a garden area, horseshoe pit, sitting area, and a wonderful winding path to the rear.
