The homeowners had an odd-size 1.75 acre lot with interesting terrain and tremendous potential but also some challenges like a drainage ditch running through it. The project was completed in phases over several years. The first phase included a deck on each side of the ditch behind the house, a bridge, a beautiful pergola, a great water feature, a fire pit and sitting area on a rise behind the water feature, landscaping for the ditch itself, and a wonderful winding path to the rear. The next phase consisted of long winding trail through the back and up the hill to wonderful look out spot. The last phase included a garden area, horseshoe pit and sitting area.
