The owners wanted to create a unique experience for their guests as they approach the front door of this contemporary home. The focal point would be a metal staircase that ascends a state-of-the-art Koi pond. This water feature was designed and constructed to run year round, with a heated room below the courtyard that would house the water heaters, filtration system, and pumps. The front walkway design compliments the contemporary style of the home, and the carefully planned planting palette welcomes you to the front door.
