Eagle Ranch Estate

This project involved re-envisioning a cracked "builder special" patio and the adjoining landscape into a family friendly entertainers dream. Because of the massive existing columns, the space under the deck felt dark and uninviting. With a thoughtful and interactive design process, the space was transformed into comfortable and distinct outdoor living rooms. The double sided fireplace allows light to still pass through the ‘living room’ to the spa while still defining the space. The pavers add charm and interest to the ground plane, the create continuity as well as emphasis for example to the fire pit area. The hardscape is softened with vibrant annual containers, and pockets of shade tolerant plantings under the deck.
