Great place to work, employees are valued, management is wonderful

Lindgren is a great place to work. I have been in the Landscape industry for about 5 years prior to coming here and this is by far the best company I have worked for. Management cares for all the employees, they do so many extras (breakfasts, celebrations, holiday presents, anniversary recognition and so much more). I truly feel like they care about me not only as an employee but as a person too! They have even done a family party before! There is quite a bit of room to advance and/or change departments and positions. HR is very approachable and always available for questions or concerns. It's great working with a place that has such a team environment!

Wonderful company with strong ethics and puts people 1st

Day to day at Lindgren you will actually see the owner and be greeted by name. I have learned people matter here and they give second chances. It's not cut throat blue collar like many others in the area. The management team has been here a long time and are very knowledgeable. They genuinely reward great performers and try hard to promote from within! The culture feels like a family and if your having a bad day- your cared about. Hardest part of the job IS THE JOB. It's very hard labor but you get to work with good people who also value hard work. Most enjoyable part is what they do for their people. Reviews every year, raises every year, company parties with families and boss's who actually care about you as a person.

Landscape Irrigation Technician

This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that manages and checks irrigation systems by managing all the controller and chain functions of the control. Responsible for testing and repairing irrigation systems and performing the operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.

Landscape Designer/Sales

This position is a design and sales position and will require extensive interaction with clients. This position will require meeting with prospective clients to determine their goals and objectives, creating landscape plans and presenting estimates, and assist Production Manager during construction phase to ensure clients visions are translated through installation. This position will report directly to Owners and Senior Design Staff and will work regularly with our landscape designers, Operations Manager, Construction Foreman.

This position will be responsible for leading a landscape construction crew of up to 6 members to implement landscape projects. This position will require knowledge in hardscape, plant material, outdoor lighting, water features, grading, etc. Will be responsible for keeping accurate records, promoting jobsite safety, and quality workmanship. Must be an effective leader and motivator as well as possess good character and integrity.
