Our new office manager needs to be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and have the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people - all with a smile. We need someone with good computer skills and the ability to self-task. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle deadlines is a must. We would prefer proven office management or administrative experience. This requires accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. This position will report directly to the controller and owners. This is a full time position set to begin immediately. Pay range is $12-16 per hour depending on candidate's prior work experience. This position will be responsible for directly supervising a field crew performing various landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, and seasonal clean up for residential and/or commercial sites. Crew leader will report to division manager concerning budgeted time requirements for various tasks, site quality and conditions, equipment and material needs.
This candidate will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of landscape installations, primarily irrigation, water features, and low voltage lighting. The candidate will have the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a variety of landscape products. The candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and possess attention to detail. The candidate will be able to work alone and possess excellent time management skills.
